Close to town, supermarket and central Marton. All walking distance. Room is medium, will fit a single bed & drawers with lots of room, or a queen and drawers with little room. Will need own furniture. There are 2 cats on the property, so must like cats. Small townhouse with small section. This room will only suite one person, so no couples. Tidy person is a must, smokers are fine but outside only. Utilities are paid once a month which includes Power, internet & rubbish disposal, this will be 50/50. With lack of kitchen space it is best to share the grocery bill, but this can be discussed, as I am open.

About the roomies

I work full time, easy going. When I’m not at work I work around the house or do art work. I don’t mind good conversation, card games and board games. I am in my 50’s so my party days are over. Though will have a drink after work on a Friday occasionally.
