Hey everyone! 👋 We are Alberto and Jara, a Spanish couple currently in New Zealand on our Working Holiday Visas. We are looking to be located in Christchurch for a while and find a nice place to call home! A little bit about what we are looking for: 📍 Location: Christchurch, ideally close to the city centre (Addington, Riccarton, St Albans, Sydenham, or nearby). 🗓 Move-in date: Ready to move in now. ⏳ Stay: Medium to short-term. 💰 Budget: $200–$280 per week MAX (ideally with all bills/utilities and WiFi included). We are easygoing, clean, respectful, and non-smokers. We enjoy a quiet and tidy environment to relax after work, but we also love a good chat, cooking, and discovering everything New Zealand has to offer. We pay our rent on time and treat the house as our own.
