The house is located in a quiet street in Stoke Nelson, located less than 5 minutes from Stoke shops. Central to both Nelson city and Richmond. The house gets a lot of sun and has an enclosed backyard with plenty of fruit trees and a vegetable garden which is a work in progress. The room is on the smaller side so would suit a single person, it gets a lot of afternoon sun and can come furnished or empty.

You’ll be living with a couple in their late twenties and a another person in her early twenties, a puppy and a cat. Rob (M, 27) is an outdoorsy and sociable guy, he enjoys tramping and rock climbing, and is studying at NMIT for the next year. I (Jessie, F, 25) am a working professional who enjoys walking my dog, gaming, making pottery. We have a female flatmate in her early 20s who is finishing her placement at Nelson hospital and plays rugby, she is planning to leave Nelson once her placement is over. We have a 6 month old Springer spaniel who is full of energy but is very loving once she knows you, and a 4 year old cat who loves treats and will seek any warm comfortable spot in the house this winter
