Amazing three year old home, totally new!
All the modern amenities you’d need. Kitchen is fully stocked, all the gear you’d need along with a spacious fridge, great dishwasher and an induction oven with all the bells and whistles.
Home is still getting ‘warmed into’ so there’s plenty of room to spread out and make it just as much your home as ours!
Your decent sized room comes with its own adjacent bathroom for easy access. Two showers in the house (one in the master bedroom) both are nice high pressure heads, towel warmers, etc.) Your room also has a nice sizeable closet for storage along with other storage areas in the house.
All rooms have hard wired gigabit ethernet ports for ease of access for those wanting their own ethernet/internet connection to the wall to save on running cables. Wifi covers entire home.
House is constantly warmed and cooled with an air con that does brilliantly and keeps temps in the home perfectly comfortable.
Key coded door and electric garage, ring doorbell and cams on front and back of house for security.
As you are on the bottom floor you’l get a nice view over the valley and out onto the road. Plenty of sun all times of the day.
All rooms have plenty of space between one another to help with any possible noise.
Brilliant view over Richmond and the surrounding valley and ocean as it is a two storeyed house, part of a group of them.
We are looking for another to fill our home now that one room has become available. Please, no party animals. Animals such as cats and small pets are negotiable.
Anyone into gaming etc is a big plus as we are all into this :)
