About the room

Ideal flatmates- 20’s-30’s, kind respectful full time worker. Looking for 2 seperate flatmates to join us in our spacious four-bedroom home in Kihikihi. Our four-year-old home is double glazed, warm, and fully furnished, except for your bedroom. You will be sharing bathroom with one other person. Rent is $220 per week plus utilities, power, and WiFi split monthly. 1st room is available from 20/07/26, 2nd room available 10/08/26. We seek 2 individuals in their 20-30s who are friendly, respectful, clean, and works full-time. No smoking or vaping allowed. We have a fluffy cat called stormy living with us, so no more pets.
