The room is a double bedroom. There is a double bed and 2 double wardrobes. Sunny in summer. The house is large. There is a front section and a back section separated by a fence. In the front section there are a few fruit trees and a small deck. In the back section there is a small veggie garden, worm-farms, a coup for the 6 chickens, and decks run from the kitchen to the lounge. Inside there is a spare room as well as two toilets. The is a bus stop just around the corner and we are only 20 mins walk from the hospital.
I live alone with my dog Fern and cat Mr. I have recently retired but volunteer at GoEco and am involved in other community based activities. Like the community crop swap just around the corner. I am looking for someone who is independent - I am not worried about age - and if you have an interest in gardening cool but I do not mind. I am also happy to have short-term boarders.
