1 Room for Rent – Seeking One F tenant and must be working full-time.

I have one furnished bedroom available - I can remove furnishing if requested, rent price would remain the same.

Strictly no drugs and no additional pets (landlord’s rules)

Rent:

$250/week for a single (excluding power & internet)

Bond:

$800 total - This is a fixed amount as it represents half of the home’s total bond, not based on whether it’s a single or a couple.

Move-In Cost:

Single tenant: $800 bond + 1 week in advance $1050 total

Important note to applicants - If you are interested in this room, I will need the following from you:

1. Your Roomie profile must have Clear, recent photos of yourself.
2. Proof of Employment and Current ID (Must be full-time)
3. Previous landlord references
4. A Short personal bio about yourself which includes - Age, Job & work hours, Hobbies, Living habits (tidy, quiet, social, etc.), Lifestyle info
5. Must provide the Intended move-in date and how long the person plans to stay

About the Household / Who You’ll Be Living With:

You’ll be living with the main tenant — a 33-year-old LGBT female who works from home running her own cabinetry business, Cabinet Queen Waikato. I use the garage for my business, but there is storage available in the wood shed or another allocated outdoor area if you need space for any items.

I’m looking for a full-time working tenant, preferably female.

No drugs and no pets, as I already have two cats and that’s the limit for the home.

Ideally, you’re someone who is:

Tidy and considerate

Respectful of shared spaces

Happy to help out around the house with shared housework and property maintenance.

Reliable with rent and 50% share of the bills and must always pay on time.

Must Provide reliable and high praised references.
