This is a spacious master bedroom suite with private ensuite bathroom and large walk‑in wardrobe. The room is furnished with a queen‑size bed and two bedside tables. Large window faces green garden, with excellent natural light and ventilation.

There is extra storage space in the garage. You can use the shared living room area. Off‑street parking is available. Bus stops are right outside the house with multiple routes. Opposite Pupuke Golf Club, quiet residential neighbourhood. Short drive to Takapuna, Milford, Browns Bay and Albany Westfield. Easy access to State Highway 1. Supermarkets, including Pak’nSave, Woolworths and Asian grocery stores are close by.

Rent is all‑inclusive for water, power, gas and unlimited internet, paid weekly. Bond is 2 weeks’ rent. Minimum 6‑month stay. Available at the end of August. Viewing is available on request.

We are a quiet, friendly family of three living in this house. I work full‑time, my partner also works, and we have an 11‑year‑old daughter at intermediate school. We keep the house tidy and respect each other’s privacy. We are non‑smokers inside the house.
