​Hey everyone! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our home in a quiet cul-de-sac near Mission Heights School. The rent is $230 a week, which fully covers electricity, gas, water, internet. Your room is sunny, the bathroom is right next to you and only share with one other person. Please note that room has NO furniture, house is fully furnished.

The house itself is huge with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 lounges. There is plenty of space if you have more furniture. Our kitchen is massive with heaps of cupboard space, two fridges, and a separate freezer so storage is never an issue. ​ Location-wise, it’s super convenient, only 5 minutes to Ormiston Mall and supermarkets, with a bus stop just down the road heading directly to Manukau or Botany.

You’ll be living with a great mix of 4 easygoing, friendly locals and expats (2 females, 2 males in our late 20s and 30s). We’re a sociable household who love a good chat in the kitchen sometimes, but we also fully respect everyone’s privacy and busy routines.

​We are looking for someone for long term, at least minimum stay of 6 months, with a 4-week bond.

Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, both indoors and anywhere outside (driveway and backyard).
