Hi! I am heading north for a new job, so I’m looking for someone to take over my of the lease in my central Karori flat. Move-in ASAP, flexible date to suit.

Existing flatmates are two working male professionals seeking another student or professional to join the household — friendly, polite and cooperative, but value their own space and quiet time too.

The available room is a standard double, unfurnished — new carpet, built-in wardrobe and desk, plus a storage cabinet. Photos attached.

Handy location — 5 min walk to Karori Mall, easy bus access to the CBD and university campuses, and not far from the motorway out of Wellington.

Rent is $180 per week, not including additional expenses (around $215/week all up). Bond is $750 per person, on a fixed-term tenancy renewing late January (with the option to find a replacement tenant if your plans change).

Currently home to a male in his 40s, a male in his 20s, and a female in her 20s (she’s the one moving out) — we’re after someone with a daytime occupation (work or study) who enjoys a quiet night at home.
