A furnished master bedroom is available on The Boulevard, Papamoa, with a private ensuite featuring a double vanity, a walk-in wardrobe and sliding-door access directly outdoors.
The room includes a queen bed, bedside table and bar fridge. An unfurnished option is available by arrangement.
The kitchen, lounge, laundry and outdoor areas are shared. The kitchen and lounge open onto the shared outdoor area, with water views and views towards the Papamoa Hills. Local amenities include The Sands shopping centre on The Boulevard, with New World, cafés, eateries and a gym.
Rent is $400 per week for one person or $450 per week for a couple. Two weeks’ bond applies: $800 for one person or $900 for a couple. High-speed internet, gas, water and rubbish collection are included. Electricity is additional and split among everyone living in the house.
Available from 12 October 2026. Minimum stay of four weeks. No pets, smoking or vaping.
You’ll be sharing with me and my teenage daughter. I work full-time, and she studies and works part-time.
We’re relaxed and sociable, but appreciate a quiet home and time to unwind after work. This is definitely not a party house, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with that atmosphere.
