We have an unfurnished room available in a quiet, four bedroom flat in Hamilton East, with move-in available from 22 November. Rent is $240 per week, including Wi-Fi, with a bond of $920. Power is split equally between flatmates each month. The bedroom has a built-in single wardrobe and enough space for a queen bed, drawers and a desk. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to furnish your own room. You’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate. There are two off-street car parks, with one currently available, as well as plenty of on-street parking. We’re located on a quiet street close to the University of Waikato, The Warehouse and Four Square, and approximately 10 minutes from the city centre. We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate and keen to make the flat their home!

You’ll be living with two females, aged 23 and 30. One of us works full-time while also studying, and the other is a PhD student. We’re both pretty easygoing and enjoy having a quiet, relaxed home. We’re friendly and happy to socialise or have a chat, but also enjoy our own space and are respectful of each other’s independence. It’s definitely not a party flat, so we’d love to find someone with a similar lifestyle who is tidy, considerate and easy to get along with.
