Move in fees consist of; 2 weeks rent bond, and 1 week rent in advance

Short 5 - 10 minute walk away from the train station, 2 supermarkets and shops

Room currently comes unfurnished however can come furnished with a queen bed, bedding, towels, drawers, bed side tables etc for an extra $10 p/w
