Come join our peaceful two-storey home and enjoy all the amenities including a designer kitchen, heaps of storage space and a tranquil covered deck area for outdoor meals.

Our available room is:

• unfurnished
• suitable for a single person
• can fit a queen bed and other furniture
• has a built in double wardrobe and new heatpump
• shares a bathroom (with both a bath and a shower) with two others + a separate toilet downstairs
• on the second storey

Expenses are an additional $30 per week and include:

• All utilities - water, electrictity, gas for cooking, high speed fibre broadband
• heaps of cleaning supplies including washing powder
• cooking supplies - shared condiments, oil and spices

3 x young professionals in our 20s - 30s (F, M, M) and a quirky and friendly cat We’re a respectful, friendly and tidy bunch who keep to ourselves a fair bit, but enjoy a chat after work :) We are LGBTQIA+ friendly We are not a party flat, but guests are welcome
