We have a cosy room available now for the right person to move in when ready.

Newly built 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a deep bathtub and skylight), single story townhouse with internal garage (we are the first tenants to live here and we’ve been here 18 months). House is open plan, clean and always tidy, with a private back yard and deck. Close to Yatton Park (virtually across the road) and Fraser Cove and Greerton are just 5m away.

We are two easy going, tidy flatmates who live a quiet but active life. Todd has a very cool work from home business and we share a variety of nerdy interests (board games, PS4 gaming, Netflix and chill).

We also have an adorable cat named Abaddon, but are not able to have another pet sadly. Abaddon has her own catio on the deck where she lounges in the sun all day.

Our preference is a female who is LGBTQ+ friendly, clean and is tidy, but we are open to all genders. We’re also willing to discuss possibilities with tourists and short-term tenants. Overall, we do not mind whether you are working, studying, between jobs or travelling, as long as rent is paid each week.

Your bedroom is very private and quiet and has a large closet plus an enormous window (no ocean view sorry lols). Your room is also furnished with a queen bed and glass table and chair. Off street parking and storage space is available as well.

Rent includes high-speed internet, power & water.
