About the room

Fully furnished room, Queen bed, built in wardrobe. You will need your own bed linen, towels etc. A few minutes walk to the Regent Hub, Countdown & New World and 5 min drive from central city. Lovely, safe, warm, modern home. On street parking only. Long term preferred.

You will live with us the homeowners and 1 other roomies. We are well traveled and love meeting new people.We’re all away alot & work different schedules so never feels crowded. We have an outdoor dog, so no more pets sorry. We are house proud so looking for someone mature, who is very clean & tidy . Not a party house & prefer non-smokers. Please tell us about yourself, your situation, current workplace etc when enquiring. Perfect roomie is over 25 yrs and in fulltime employment.
