Fully furnished room,double bed, built in wardrobe. A few minutes walk to the Regent Hub, Countdown & New World and 5 min drive from central city.Lovely, safe, warm, modern home.Short or long term.

You will live with us the homeowners and 2 other roomies. We are well traveled and love meeting new people.We’re all away alot & work different schedules so never feels crowded and we respect your privacy. There are 2x bathrooms, 2x fridges, 2x washing machines, 2x kitchen areas, microwaves etc. We have an outdoor cat and dog, so no more pets sorry. We are house proud so looking for someone mature, who cleans up after themselves. Not a party house & prefer non-smokers. Please tell us about yourself, your situation, current workplace etc when enquiring. Perfect roomie is over 25 yrs and in fulltime employment. We can not show room pics currently as the room is occupied. The room will be freshly painted by 1 Feb (move in date).
