The sleepout is a good size and has a single bed, heater, small desk and drawers. It is not self contained, bathroom and kitchen are inside the house a few meters from back door. Lovely, sunny, peaceful home in a safe, sought after area, with large back yard only a few minutes drive to hospital & town. Open kitchen and lounge area. Off street parking available.Rent includes wifi, water, rubbish disposal & lawns.Electricity split equally each month. Ideal for hospital workers or other professionals. You are responsible for your own food, personal toiletries, laundry powder etc. Very well stocked general cleaning products are included.
