Only a short 6 minute drive to town/the hospital, and an even shorter drive to local amenities such as Barge park for your morning or evening walks, pharmacy, cafe and convenience store. The room available is large, with a built in double wardrobe. The room fully furnished, as is the house and kitchen which is modern, functional and has good quality kitchenware.
The room rate is $280 per week inclusive of expenses (standard usage) including cleaning equipment and basic supplies such as baking paper, toilet roll, gladwrap, rubbish bags etc.
We are a friendly, hard working couple. We enjoy good conversation and being social. We are often working long shifts, and one of us is still studying which requires placements in Auckland. This means you will have plenty of time and space to yourself, so someone working from home will have the peace and quiet they need. We have a friendly, goofy older Labrador - so you need to be okay with dogs. We have one other friendly, easy going flatmate who would share a bathroom with
