Available from 1st February
Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Maunu, your room is in the best location possible! Only a short 6 minute drive to town/the hospital, and an even shorter drive to local amenities such as Barge park pharmacy, cafe and convenience stores. Handy to the city, yet your location will mean you can wake up listening to the birds in a very much country feel setting. There is space, sun and peace here. The house is a modern, tidy home that is fully furnished with quality appliances. The room available is large, with a built in double wardrobe and queen sized bed. The room rate is $280 per week inclusive of expenses; power, water, wifi, Netflix etc (standard usage) and includes cleaning equipment and basic supplies such as baking paper, toilet roll, gladwrap, rubbish bags etc.
We are a friendly, hard working couple. We enjoy good conversation and being social, we have our own ensuite. At any time you may share the bathroom with one other person. We are often working long shifts, and one of us is still studying which requires placements in Auckland. This means you will have plenty of time and space to yourself, so someone working from home will have the peace and quiet they need. We have a friendly, goofy older Labrador - so you need to be okay with dogs.
