Available from 1st February Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Maunu, your room is in the best location possible! Only a short 6 minute drive to town/the hospital, and an even shorter drive to local amenities such as Barge park pharmacy, cafe and convenience stores. Handy to the city, yet your location will mean you can wake up listening to the birds in a very much country feel setting. There is space, sun and peace here. The house is a modern, tidy home that is fully furnished with quality appliances.
The room available is huge, with 2 built in double wardrobes and a king sized bed, plus its own heat pump. The room rate is $310 per week inclusive of expenses; power, water, wifi, Netflix etc (standard usage) and includes cleaning equipment and basic supplies such as baking paper, toilet roll, gladwrap, rubbish bags etc.
You’ll live with myself, my partner and at anytime possibly one other flat mate (Plus a delightful chocolate Labrador).
We all work shifts, and large hours and I often go back to Auckland for studies. So while we enjoy watching movies or chilling together, there is also generally plenty of quiet time at the house where you can relax and enjoy the space.
