We have a room available in our lovely, modern home in Maunu.

A desirable, safe location. Only a 6 minute drive to the hospital, close to Barge park and local cafes etc.

The room is extremely large with 2 double wardrobes, its own heat pump and a ranch slider out onto a deck space. The room is furnished with a king bed and the house has modern, quality appliances. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

Rent includes wifi, Netflix, water, power and things such as toilet paper/cleaning supplies etc

You’ll live with myself, my partner and one other female flat mate. (Plus a delightful chocolate Labrador).

We all work shifts, and large hours. I also spend alot of time in Auckland. So while we enjoy watching movies or chilling together, there is also generally plenty of quiet time at the house where you can relax and enjoy the space.
