Hey Auckland Flat Hunters! We have a 2.8m x 3.1m bedroom with a large window and wardrobe available for long term (6 months +). We have a kitchen decked with 2 fridge + freezers for space, dishwasher, air fryer, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc for sharing and washing machine and clothes dryer for laundry. We have a wide shared lounge area for hanging out and watching movies, backyard deck, lots of grass and a home gym for fitness and martial arts. For you gamers out there we got 1000Mb/s d.load, 500Mb/s upload, 3ms ping fibre and an ethernet cord right to your room. We have a driveway for off street parking. Lots of parks nearby, couple takeaways and dairies down the road and Ormiston shopping centre a couple streets down. Close access to motorway and easy driving to the CBD, Airport or West during off peak traffic. Lots of bus routes to Botany and Manukau.

Expenses are between $30 to $40 per week depending on the timing of bills.

My name is Nathan (31), I studied biomed engineering at UoA and now train and coach kickboxing and grappling. I enjoy playing music, skating and playing video games in my downtime.

My partner is Lily (31), She studied music at UoA and now runs a before and after school care. She likes to watch movies, visit the ducks at the park and join in the games.

We have a French pal David, who is a professional engineer. After work, David loves to play guitar and head to the city at night to dance.

Our friend Jarryd is a mechanical whizz and a professional Welder. You’ll find Jarryd with a ratchet and angle grinder, working away on his projects. Jarryd is Whitianga bro and an avid fan of the Simpsons.

We are all good friends, so we have a relaxed environment and open communication. We have a more the merrier attitude here, so we’re very keen to have another flat mate join us and love having each other’s friends over too.
