We have a really cool space (queen size bedroom) it’s just come available it has its own large bathroom shared with another young couple. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter It does have a bit of storage space. Carpark Quite spacious 3 minutes walk to Train station Buses and supermarket 10 minutes to the beautiful Cornwall park. 10 to 15 minutes travel by train or bus to central Auckland. Very central spot Quiet 1 way street very safe, very pretty, and lovely friendly neighbourhood.
Top level has 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. 1 couple mid to late 20’s from America in master bedroom. Both working. Both are very lovely, respectful, caring, honest, tidy, clean, and easy to get on with. French couple in mid to late 20’s of much the same nature.
