Access to main bathroom as well. Kitchen cupboard space for food and kitchen gear. Large kitchen bench. Fully equipped kitchen though we do not have a coffee maker. Small storage shed out the back that could store some things Garaging: Off-street parking for up to 3 cars 24-7. No need to worry about moving your cars during week. Negotiable to keep one car in garage if you need extra security. Amenities: 12mins walk to town. Park next door and easy driving access. Quiet street and park and playground for kids to play in next door. Larger red slide park 5mins walk away. Large, fenced back yard. 15mins walk to Hill School through safe Wellington Street gated community. 13mins walk to train station. We have a dishwasher we don’t use so you could use this exclusively. Couples are fine-price negotiable.
