My name is Jason - originally from the UK i’ve been living in NZ for 25+yrs Im in my 50’s - a working professional chef - sociable - well travelled - respectful & sociable but also respect privacy - enjoy a good conversation

The house is fully furnished w a homely feeling

Not super modern - but has everything you need - clean & tidy

My current situation is i have 2 long term flatmates leaving and so I have 2 rooms available

1 Single room - $275p/w - fully inclusive 1 Double room - $300p/w single or $350p/w couple - either acceptable - again fully inclusive

At present both rooms are offered as furnished w furniture - bed/wardrobe/desk/linen etc

Main living area is combined open plan kitchen/lounge area

House is elevated and set back from street w wrap around decks enjoying all-day sun

House has a 2 car basement garage which is used for storage and laundry

Kitchen is fully equipped

Lounge has 52“ smart Tv w netflix/Disney/AppleTV available

The 2 rooms available will share main bathroom - Bath - seperate shower
