You got both worlds, close to CBD but you will live in a nice suburb with nice view to One Tree Hill, Mt Albert Summit, Waitakere. Walking distance to St lukes Mall, Kingsland and Morningside shops. A few gyms nearby. The room is fully furnished with single bed, computer desk and chair, bedside table, bedding. You will have your own bathroom. Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge are shared with one Female owner. Rent $290/week includes water and wireless broadband. Power additional (share a portion based on usage). Off street Parking.
