We are based in the vibrant central suburb of Kingsland in Auckland. We live very close to the cafés, restaurants and bars and are just a short walk to the bus and train. We have two rooms upstairs that we rent out.

We have a beautiful, large villa with three levels and tonnes of character. We have two spare rooms upstairs and a bathroom that is shared between the two tenants upstairs.

We have a lovely 30 year old female from Singapore in one of the rooms (Room 2) who you will be sharing the bathroom with. Our other tenant is moving out at the end of November, so Room 1 will be available from 24th November.

Our house is spread over three levels.

Lower level: Myself, my husband and two children (9 & 11) live downstairs and have our own bathroom. We are busy working professionals who are friendly and respectful.

Middle level: Lounge/ TV area and deck.

Top level (as you walk in): The two spare rooms, a bathroom, the kitchen, dining room and deck with a beautiful view.
