First Avenue

We are based in the vibrant central suburb of Kingsland in Auckland. We live very close to the cafés, restaurants and bars and are just a short walk to the bus and train. We have two rooms upstairs that we rent out.

We have a beautiful, large villa with three levels and tonnes of character. We have two spare rooms upstairs and a bathroom that will be shared between the two tenants upstairs.

We have a lovely 30 year old female from the UK in one of the rooms who you will be sharing the bathroom with. Our other tenant is moving out at the end of July 2027, so that room will be available from August 2027.

Our house is spread over three levels.

Lower level: Myself, my husband and two children (8 & 10) live downstairs and have our own bathroom. We are busy working professionals who are friendly and respectful.

Middle level: Lounge and TV area and deck.

Top level: The two spare rooms, a bathroom, the kitchen, dining room and deck with a beautiful view.
