Hi I’ve got a furnished bedroom available for rent. The rooms got a king single bed, built in wardrobe , tallboy dresser , panel heater , privately blinds and all bedrooms have keyed locks installed on the door. Located Springs Rd end of Awatea Rd 5 min walk to bus stop , 10 min drive to Riccarton. 10 min drive to Lincoln $190 weekly covers a room with internet and power being split evenly. Currently power is about $50 per month and internet is $24 a month per person. Not a party house!!! House fully furnished, off road parking available if required . You would be living with myself and a english girl on a working holiday visa as flatmates.
