About the room

3 Bedrooms upstairs and two available, can do furnished or unfurnished. Good outside area for BBQ with clothes line. Can use internet or sky but would be a shared cost. Warm modern new town house.

About the roomies

57 Year old Single Manager. Manager. Non Smoking/Vaper, non drug usuer but enjoys life and a good laugh. While I like the current life, I do enjoy a flatmate you can talk to and does not lock themselves in their bedroom every day. Currently I am the chair of the Greater Hornby Residents Group which is a voluntary position but takes up a lot of my time. Weclome all ages, just looking for the right flat mates. Have only recently moved in.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
