Cosy Bedroom fully furnished suitable for WHV or Business Trip, Short Term: $250 per week (6 nights), Long Term: Bond $600, rent $200 per week, plus approximately $120 for expenses. A minimum 3-month fixed-term contract is required, after which it moves to a periodic agreement if you’re happy to stay longer.
Bus 298 is right next to the house, with routes to Sylvia Park and Onehunga. Bus 70 runs along the main road and goes to the CBD. About a 20-minute walk to Countdown or Pak’nSave (supermarkets).
Basic House Rules: 1. Be considerate and quiet in the house. 2. No Visitors or Sleep-over 3. Must Tidy up as you go (we don’t have cleaning roaster) 4. Must open Window and Curtain fully before leaving the house for the day.
