The bedroom has sliding doors onto a large, sunny deck with all-day light and great airflow. A cosy and quiet room in a warm and inviting home. You’ll be living with 2 girls working and/or studying full time and two beautiful cats 🐱🐈 The vibe is a tidy, calm, and often humorous home — friendly and connected, but with a balance of personal space too. The house is double-glazed and insulated, with an HRV system, heat pump, and recently renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Gated parking for 2 cars in the front of the house with more space off the road. Fully fenced, with a private garden and a vege patch and fruit trees.
