Cosy little two bedroom house in Woolston. Small double room currently furnished with double bed, two bedside cabinets, drawers, bookshelf and wardrobe.

There’s a shared bathroom with one other person. There’s also a dryer in the garage!

Looking for someone who is:

• Friendly
• Tidy
• Independent
• Not a super light sleeper
• Comfortable and confident around a large dog

There’s a bus line nearby but it’s not the most convenient line so it might better suit someone who bikes or drives. There is a spare bike and helmet available to borrow.

Just myself (female, mid 30’s) and my greyhound (male, 5 year old). I live a fairly busy life with work in live sound/music and community development. The house tends to be pretty quiet most of the time, but I do like to have a friend or two around sometimes.
