Quiet little house in a quiet little street in Manly, Whangaparaoa. Two minutes’ walk to Manly Village restaurants, cafés, dairy and more - two minutes in the other direction gets you to the beach or the reserve.

Luke, 34 year old man working from home full time - i go on treadmill in the garage most days and make a big slow cook once a week to portion out but otherwise do not spend much time downstairs at all.

Buddy, three year old puppy who will be as excited to see you every day as he will be the first time he meets you, very loving and playful dog who I walk daily after work and twice weekly pack walks with a professional.
