About the room

Furnished room available on Napiers Bluff Hill. Ideally only looking for short to medium term tenants, people passing through, traveling etc. The house is rather small hence not wanting full time tennants but a nice location. 20 minute walk to Napier city or Ahuriri, great for morning / evening walks down the beach and to local restaurants and cafes.
