• Located on the top floor, light, airy and sunny with a Sky Tower view • Comes with a queen-size bed, bedside table and large built in wardrobe • Linen, pillows, duvet, and towels provided

Two existing flatmates, working professionals, both very clean, quiet and considerate of each other. Not a party house.

Rent & Expenses:

• $325 per week (includes water, gas, internet, Netflix + shared household items like rubbish bags, cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper etc.). Only power is extra and is split equally amongst three of us.

Move-in Costs: • 3 weeks’ bond + 1 week’s rent in advance
