Room 2 ( NOT AVAILABLE): $195/week, double bed, built-in wardrobe. Big windows.

Room 3 (AVAILABLE from FEB 2025): $195/week, double bed, built-in wardrobe. Big windows. (other items in photos not included)

Sunny 4 bed 2 bath house in a nice quiet location. Street parking. 1 minute drive to the motorway. Bus route. 4min drive to Papakura train station (free park & ride). Just a few minutes away from shopping, local restaurants and parks.

Rent is EXCLUDING power & water bills. $10/month for the internet. You will be sharing the bathroom and a separate toilet with 2 other flatmates. There is also a fridge that will be shared among the same flatmates.

Full time working professionals/students preferred. No couples. No pets or smokers. Clean and tidy. 3 weeks bond + a week rent in advance.
