Carina's room

The room is unfurnished and gets plenty of sunshine during the summer. House is about 7 years old and is close to a few parks, cafe, bakery. 5 mins drive to Lynn mall. Bond is $800 which is 4 weeks rent and a bit to cover any unpaid bills.

Power bill is done weekly, water is every 3 months and internet is monthly and all bills are split evenly and fairly.

All aged in our 30s. Myself who is the only female and works in the airline industry and does a bit of CrossFit, socialising, movies, PS4. 1 male welder who’s into horror movies and motorbikes and 1 make accountant who’s a football nutter and socialises. We are all chilled out people. Ideal flat mate would be someone who is tidy, respectful, can have a good laugh, trust worthy.
